Results from your VO2 max / Lactate Threshold Test

The Power Tap plot is a Microsoft Word document (~85 kB), and some of you may being using a version or set up of Word that requires you to be in the print layout view to see the image. The test results are in a Microsoft Excel workbook (~200-300kB). Technical glitches (contact Bruce for details):
