English students can intern with local businesses, nonprofits, university offices, state agencies, media outlets, museums, and much more.
In these internships your reading, writing, and editing skills will be developed. Your experiential learning opportunities might include writing brochure copy and press releases, writing grant proposals, editing trade and popular publications, researching audience interests, creating websites and social media campaigns, and working with museum curators on exhibition materials.
