I am currently conducting research in Dr. Joshua Benoit's research laboratory, where we study the effects of dehydration on mosquito blood-feeding, reproductive output, survival, gene expression, and how those factors influence vectorial capacity.
Past projects have included studies on Antarctic mite microbiomes, winter tick thermal tolerance, and contributions to multiple arthropod genome projects.
