A hub of Scholarly Activity and Research

Our key functions include helping A&S Faculty, Students, and Staff:

  • Resources and support to help define and pursue A&S scholarship and research objectives.  
  • Tailored support to ensure that A&S scholars have the tools and guidance that they need. 
  • Expand the scope and influence of A&S research and training programs to make a significant impact on both local and global scales.  
  • Encourage and support the formation of strategic partnerships that promote collaboration and innovation, enhancing the overall scholarly experience within A&S. 

Service Support

  • Proposal Development: We can support faculty in finding funding opportunities, developing grant applications, and connecting university partners in cross-functional collaborations. We also coordinate closely with the Cooperative Grants Office (CGO) to support centralized pre-award services.
  • Faculty Support: We coach and empower faculty at all stages with individualized research and scholarly work development.  This can include ideation, networking, and operational support.
