Academic Programs
The Department of Psychology offers comprehensive undergraduate and graduate training, providing students with a solid foundation in both the science and practice of Psychology and Organizational Leadership. We offer five degree programs: a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Psychology, and a PhD in Psychology. For students enrolled at UC, the department also offers several minors and certificates: a minor in Psychology, a minor in Organizational Leadership, and certificates in Talent Development, and Non-Profit and Community Leadership. Non-matriculating students are also welcomed to obtain a certificate in Organizational Leadership.

Master of Arts in Psychology
The MA Psychology (MAP) program offers a unique, cohort-based program that provides pathways for students interested in Community Psychology and Organizational Psychology. The program prepares students for various careers through a combination of formal coursework, applied research opportunities, and a personalized capstone project.
PhD in Psychology
The APA-accredited PhD in Psychology program provides students with a strong foundation in a wide range of research areas in psychology, tailored to students' goals. Students may apply to either the Behavioral Science or Clinical Psychology track. Graduates of the program are equipped with the skills to excel in various professional settings, including but not limited to universities, research institutions, industry, non-profit organizations, healthcare facilities, and private practice. New student cohorts are admitted every fall.
