Portman Center Student Public Policy Experiences Award
Students who have been accepted to a public policy-related co-op or internship are eligible to apply for a financial stipend through the Portman Center.
Students can apply for a standard stipend between $1,000 and $3,000, based on the number of hours worked and whether the internship experience is paid or unpaid. Students are also eligible to apply for an additional housing and relocation stipend should the completed experience be completed in one of the Portman Center's target cities and require relocation and/or temporary housing arrangements.
To apply for a stipend, students must complete the online application upon acceptance of their internship or co-op position. The full rules and eligibility requirements can be found within the application.
