The Political Science Department offers the Master of Arts degree for students who are pursuing a terminal degree or preparing to enter a doctoral program. The master’s degree requires a concentration in one of the department’s subfields and the completion of either a master’s thesis or professional paper. Students may choose to complete a Certificate in Public Opinion and Survey Research as part of their program of studies. The department also offers a joint M.A./J.D. program with the College of Law at the University of Cincinnati. More information on all these programs can be found at the department’s website.
