Frank J. Jones Scholarship
The Frank J. Jones Scholarship is awarded each Spring by the Communication program to students majoring in Communication who are about to enter their senior year of coursework. The scholarship, which has been awarded since 1979, recognizes all-around academic excellence. 1996 Scholarship winner Steven Weintraub has donated an engraved plaque to commemorate winners of the past, present, and future.
Amount: Varies. Minimum of $1,000
Eligibility:
*Must have Junior standing (60 to 89 1/2 credits)
*Must have at least a 3.0 overall GPA
*Must have completed at least 18 credits in Communication
