MA in French
Extensively revised in the past several years, our MA program and curriculum are intellectually rigorous, up-to-date, and carefully planned to meet the professional objectives of a variety of MA students. Our program gives students a general knowledge of literary history, improves their language and teaching skills, and prepares them to initiate research and read, discuss, and evaluate a range of texts. More practicaly, our MA program allows students to compete succcessfully for admission to doctoral programs, to satisfy continuing education requirements for the state of Ohio, and to find employment in other sectors, including business and law.
