Professional Summary

Anne-Marie Jézéquel, Assistant professor of French, holds a PhD in Romances Languages and Literatures (2006). Dr Jezequel specializes in 20th century French Literature. She has published articles on French writers such as Jean Rouaud and Marie Nimier. Her particular interest is focused on Quebec literature. She is the author of “Louise Dupré, le Quebec au féminin” (2008), the first study on the corpus of the literary work of Louise Dupré, poet, novelist, dramaturge from Montreal. Besides her research in literature and Quebec culture, she utilizes her earlier experience in the Travel and Fashion Industry to create and lead a variety of academic Study Tours and international professional experiences in France and Canada. She teaches a wide range of interdisciplinary language, literature and culture courses for students of various levels of proficiency.
