Inez Beverly Prosser Memorial Symposium

Inez Beverly Prosser became the first African American woman in the United States to receive a doctorate in psychology when, in 1933, she was awarded a doctoral degree in educational psychology from the University of Cincinnati. The Inez Beverly Prosser Memorial Symposium on Black Women in Psychology will be held at the University of Cincinnati on April 3-4, 2008. Register for this special event.
