Steps to Graduation

• Apply on-line for graduation. You will need to register early - before the deadline which is typically by the first two weeks of the quarter you plan to graduate. Deadlines are set by the Graduate School, and are not flexible; no exceptions are made. We cannot register you for graduation; you will have to do it yourself. You should register as a non-thesis MA student.
• Complete the Graduation Checklist and submit a copy to the MA LER program coordinator, for review.
• Be sure that in addition to your 53 credit hours, required courses, and overall 3.0 GPA, that you have completed your final experience and that it has been approved by your Capstone course advisor (internship, project, or paper).
• Make sure you have completed your portfolio by week 7 of the quarter you intend to graduate.
