How to Give to the Department

The Department has long benefited from the generous contributions of our former graduates and supporters within the university and broader Cincinnati community. Gifts from our alumni and friends have helped us to fund lasting faculty positions within the Department, such as the Winker Professorship and the Langsam Chair, as well as to provide regular and continuing support for our excellent undergraduate and graduate students through individual initiatives such as the Werner E. von Rosenstiel Fund, various named prizes and scholarships, and the History Memorial Fund. There are many ways to give, large and small, short-term or long. If you are in a position to consider making a gift to the Department, we would be eager to hear from you.  Please contact our Department chair, Associate Professor John K. Brackett until December 31, 2008, then Associate Professor Willard Sunderland after January 1, 2009.
