A&S Business Office Data Warehouse

The A&S Data Warehouse is housed on a secure server for data distribution and collaboration. It is used to share business information between the college business office and departments. Authorized users can login through their office computer or through University’s SSL VPN (Secure Sockets Layer Virtual Private Network) when access outside of the UC network. The following is a list of the types of information available to users. Access to difference data is restricted based on user need.

  • Adjunct Allocation & Expenses
  • Graduate – UGS award reports and Registration reports
  • HR – Labor History and Cost Distribution reports
  • Fiscal – Fund Balance report
  • Summer
  • UCF Sofo Reports
  • Budget Formulation
  • Message Board

With HR, Fiscal reports, the data is downloaded from SAP BW each month. Generally, HR reports are updated once per month as soon as payroll has been run and is available. Fiscal reports are updated once per month as soon as business closed for the previous month. Options for choosing individual G/L or general fund, local funds are available for users. Adjunct reports, Graduate reports, the college-wide allocations and departmental expense are retrievable through the website.
