The Cincinnati Review - with generous support from the Ohio Arts Council, the Charles Phelps Taft Research Center, and the University of Cincinnati Department of English and Comparative Literature - is proud to host the Ohio Festival of the Short Story, two days of readings, interviews, panels, and break-out sessions all dedicated to celebrating and increasing interest in one of narrative's oldest forms.

Event Locations

The Friday night reading at 7:00 PM, the Saturday author roundtable interview at 10:00 AM, and the Saturday night reading at 7:00 PM will all take place in the Engineering Research Center. If entering on the second level, the auditorium - Room 427 - is down the hall to your left. If entering on the lower level, go up the stairs to the second level and the auditorium will be down the hall at the top of the stairs to your right.

The panels and break-out sessions on Saturday afternoon, from 12:30 to 5:30, will take place on the top floor of Tangeman University Center. Schedules will be posted on the doors. Panels will take place in Tangeman University Center rooms 400A, B, and C, as well as in room 427. See schedule for specifics. You will find a registration table as well as refreshments in TUC room 423 during the panels and break-out sessions.
