We use cognitive behavioral interventions that research has shown are effective for helping people improve their health and overall quality of life.
We offer individual and group treatment for the following issues:
- Smoking Cessation
- Sleep Difficulties
- Stress Management
- Relationship Issues
- Weight Management
- Pain (in Adolescents)
We make every effort for therapy to be affordable for everyone. Fees are determined on an individual basis based on need and available resources. Some UC students are eligible for no-cost therapy. For clients who are not UC students, fees range from $15 to $50 per session.
