Creative Writers' Guild (CWG)
The purpose of the Creative Writers Guild is to help foster the creative minds of UC students interested in writing. The Creative Writers Guild will help to develop and hone writing skills for all members who actively participate in the group through workshops, and various readings attendance. Members will also have the opportunity to learn about graduate school opportunities, submission of work to literary sources, and some aspects of the publishing process. The Creative Writers Guild will explore many forms of writing, and will encourage members to take a committed effort in improving their writing ability.

Student Organizations and Leadership Development (SALD)
Student Activities and Leadership Development (SALD) is an important resource for UC students who want to be involved while attending the University of Cincinnati. Staffed with full-time professionals and graduate assistants who are available through the year, the office provides leadership and direction for the more than 300 student organizations, as well as a full range of activities and cultural programs for students.
The SALD office provides programs that have an intentional educational component, specifically the leadership development of our students when organizing programs or leading a cohort. With all the services and programs we provide, the intent is to build the leadership skills of our students to make them better citizens.
