WITHDRAWING FROM A COURSE

You may drop a class online through the first 15 days of a quarter (first two days during summer), although students are reminded that a percentage of the tuition for classes dropped during the second and third week will be charged. You may withdraw from a class after the 15th calendar day of the quarter (see summer calendar for specific summer dates) online or by having the instructor sign your drop slip and assigning you a grade of official withdrawal or failure. Signed drop slips should then be processed in the One Stop Student Service Center or in a branch registration office. The last day to withdraw from a class is the 58th calendar day of the quarter (see special dates for summer). If you wish to withdraw from ALL of your classes, you should contact your college office and request a complete withdrawal.
