Current research projects focus on partnering with communities to develop child health interventions, particularly targeting obesity and mental health. Courses Dr. Jacquez teaches include Diversity & Health and Child Health Capstone.

Broadly, I&39;m interested in utilizing community-based research methods to address health disparities. In my research, I develop and evaluate prevention and intervention programs that are culturally and contextually appropriate for underserved communities.
