Professional Summary
Professional experience includes planning and implementing academic preparation for higher education learning. Yolanda has served as coordinator of an anti-drug coalition with over 100 members. She previously taught chemistry and general chemistry to high school students and has worked closely with at risk, low income, 1st generation students for one of the TRIO programs, Talent Search. Yolanda started at the University of Cincinnati (UC) in May 2006. She is committee member for the Cincinnati Sophomore Initiative (CSI) program which works with students in sophomore "slump". Yolanda also is the coordinator for the Major Mentor program in the Center for Exploratory Studies (CES). Her personal enjoyments includes singing and social gatherings. She loves to travel and hang out with her awesome husband and son.
