Corinne Reczek's research focuses on how family relationships shape health, specifically examining how gender, sexuality, and aging dynamics in family ties intersect to promote or deter health. Her current project utilizes both qualitative and population-level data to explore how health is shaped in same-sex and opposite-sex married and cohabiting relationships. Her work has been published in Journal of Health and Social Behavior, Social Science & Medicine, Journal of Family Issues, Journal of Marriage and Family, Annual Review of Sociology.
