  • Membership includes a subscription to the journal. The annual dues of the society shall be:
    • Student Membership, includes current volume $20
    • Faculty / Scholar Membership, includes current volume $22
    • Institutional Membership, includes current volume $28
    • Add an additional $5 for members outside of the U.S.
