Giving

In every department of McMicken College of Arts and Sciences, gifts enable us to better serve our students, faculty and entire college community. They help support a wide array of programs and services, including undergraduate scholarships and graduate fellowships. The following are the greatest needs by the anthropology department:

  • Donate to the Anthropology Discretionary Fund
  • Contribute to research opportunities in Archaeology including graduate assistantships, lab equipment, and student research funding
  • Establish an endowed Professorship in Anthropology
  • Support our student travel fund
  • Initiate a Named Lectureship for invited speakers
  • Cultivate scholarship opportunities for our students
  • Aid our established investment in the Court Archaeological Research Facility
  • Provide for our Medical Anthropology Travel and Research Fund
