A900 Attachment Checklist

  2. Applicant Flow Log including comments on and disposition of each candidate who meets minimum qualifications
  3. Copy of advertisements, postings, letters and contact lists
  4. Resumes for all interviewed candidates
  5. Letter to Kecia Pringle, Office of Equal Opportunity. Letter should describe in detail the recruitment process. Please include composition of search committee, summary of efforts to develop a strong pool of applicants including female and minority applicants, describe how job was advertised, and outline of criteria and process followed to screen applicant pool based on advertised qualifications. Include information on the campus visits of all interviewed candidates -- did they teach a class, present a lecture or seminar, meet with students and/or faculty and what were their strengths or weaknesses as related to the position requirements.

If your first ranked candidate declines your offer and you want to automatically make an offer to a second or third, etc. candidate without submitting a new A900, please rank order the applicants in Section C of the A900 by placing #1, #2, #3, etc in front of their names.

Note: Effective 01/2006 - Resumes of candidates who are in an underutilized category, if underutilization is not being addressed - no longer required.
