Undergraduate Studies - Research Opportunities / Internships The Anthropology Department offers undergraduate students many opportunities to work with professionals in the field. The experience of field work lends perspective to, and a broader understanding of, the concepts and skills taught in coursework. The Archaeological Institute of America posts world-wide field work opportunities. The American Anthropological Association posts current field school opportunities and internships. The Center for Social Well Being is a non-profit Peruvian-based research and training institute offering a three-week summer program with courses in ethnographic field methods and languages (Spanish and Quechua).
